These terms apply to digital products purchased from shop.nexacorehouse.com.
Our products are downloadable Excel templates. The product page describes the contents, features, prepared record capacity and software requirements.
The current tools are designed for Excel 2019+ desktop and Microsoft 365. Excel software is not included. Compatibility with other spreadsheet applications, including Google Sheets, has not been certified.
The tools require manual data entry. They do not process payments, send external reminders or replace accounting software. The two tools in the Business Management Bundle work independently and do not synchronise data.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Purchases are one-time payments unless explicitly stated otherwise.
NexaCore House Ltd is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT.
Payment must be successfully received before download access is provided. Your order confirmation records the product purchased and the amount paid.
No physical item will be shipped.
Following successful payment, download links are provided on the order confirmation page and by email. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive.
Each purchased package allows five downloads, with no scheduled expiry. Save a backup of your downloaded files. If you have difficulty downloading or need access restored, contact us with your order number.

Your purchase grants one individual or organisation a non-exclusive licence to use the templates for internal business purposes.
You may make working copies, backups and internal customisations. You may share working copies with staff within the licensed organisation.
You may not resell, redistribute, publish or give away the reusable templates, or supply them to other organisations as a template product. Ownership of the template design and original content remains with NexaCore House Ltd.
Support includes help with downloads, basic setup and reproducible faults in the supplied workbooks.
Contact info@nexacorehouse.com with your order number, Excel version and a description of the issue. Use fictional or anonymised data when providing examples.
Customisation, integrations, data migration and training require a separate agreement. Future upgrades are not included unless explicitly stated.
If you purchase as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from entering into the contract to cancel a digital-content purchase.
Where you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins, that cancellation right ends when supply begins. We will confirm your consent and acknowledgement in your order confirmation.
If the required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your applicable cancellation rights remain.
To exercise a cancellation right, email info@nexacorehouse.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, your name, order number and order date. You may use the cancellation form below, but it is not compulsory.
Losing a change-of-mind cancellation right does not remove your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content.
Contact us if the supplied product does not work as described. Where applicable, we will provide a repair or replacement within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If that remedy is unavailable or unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a price reduction, which can amount to a full refund.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Check the accuracy of the information you enter and review calculated results before using them for business decisions.
Keep backups. Changes to formulas, validation or summary ranges can affect the workbook’s results. Won contract value is not the same as cash received or accounting revenue.
